Applications not processed until August 28th

If you are applying for SNAP/Food Assistance, Medicaid or TANF/Ohio Works First Cash Assistance in August, please be aware of the following: As part of a Statewide conversion process, the eligibility computer systems for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/ Food Assistance), TANF/ Ohio Works First Cash Assistance and Medicaid will be unavailable August 23-28th. Paper applications and documentation will be accepted at the agency, but will not be able to be processed until August 28th, when the system is again available for use. Existing cases should not be impacted by this process.
